many busines process use email as workflow

the caveat is that it become hard du track discussion if more than two peer are replying at the same time.

we need a bot who you trigger with email
you can start a discution thread and invite people to it
it backup discution
you can reply on any recieved email, thing will correct themself

everytime it check mail
if mail then update database
foreach discussion updated, send email to every one in mailing list of the thread
support file attachment and backup em without duplicate, file are sent only once

in order to work seamlessly with outlook/gmail/thunderbird, it will use people you add in bcc/cc/to and add them to the chat pool , but the email the server send to you is only bcc
it could use subject as chat id
	RE: mean reply, it is how you post message
	FW: you can forward server discution to someone but it doesnt allow him to reply
	    but if you FW: an email to the bot, he will create a discution
