Doug wake up. 
He get up on his feet and pull the sheet of his bed then throw it in the garbage trap of his bed room.
He go to the bathroom but through the kitchen were he start the coffe machine.
In the bathroom, he threw his underwere in the bathroom garbage trap and go in the shower were he think about the universe a few minutes then quickly was and rince after. His hair was itchy and oily so he used two tube of shampoo, he didnt use a conditioner tube but used three body soap tube , one for washing and two for masturbating.
Once done he put his feet on the floor and notice he forgot the carpet sheet, so he drag one from the roll and put it on the water splat he left. He unrolled about three sheet of towel together because he like to be completly covered by it. He is about to brush his teeth but notice there is no tooth brush left so he proceeded to find his reusable one his mother offered him and used an complete rince tube to sanitize it. Once finished he took old shampoo/soap/toothpaste/rince tube left in the bathtub and sink then threw then in the trap. He also tooked the carpet sheet and pulled the shower curtain so the old used one fall and a brand new take its place and threw these in the trap to. Bathroom is clean, let's dress up and have a breakfast.
He took one airtight sealed uniform from his drawer, were it and throw the towel in the garbage. One giant foam coffe cup is waiting under the coffee machine, he then take a prebaked toast that self heat once unsealed and proceed to breakfast.
